Much of this body of work, reflects, studies, and investigates the built environment and the inherent decay within it. Many of the pieces displayed in this collection were constructed by gathering, documenting, and assembling articles found in or on various urban sites. The process is an extremely significant component; every object is an element of a design or thought process and is never a piece within itself, but rather a component used to derive new form or to represent a much larger idea.
In 2009 I started to focus my attention to oil painting. You will find samples from those collections here. Again this work displays process and energy.
